New FIFA 17 Winter Upgrades are revealed just ahead of this season’s TOTW 24 Squad launch. This news update confirms the Upgrades for Ultimate Team Players from all over the world.

E.A Sports released a new list with the announcements for their Winter Ratings Refresh. Selected players are included in the list from the rest of the world on FIFA 17. EA Sports revealed the list last week and they have confirmed a lot of major changes to the Premier League, Ligue 1, La Liga, and Bundesliga.

EA Sports have upgraded the ratings of hundreds of players between the dates of Feb 17 to Feb 27. According to EA Sports, these rating are permanent and are part of the FUT 17 Ratings Refresh Campaign. These upgraded ratings are applied to new base items that are available in packs. Some of the existing players’ ratings which are in form, will automatically be upgraded.

Keep into consideration that this particular list of Upgraded and Downgraded players is released just a day before the Official FIFA 17 TOTW 24 event announcement. Both of the Upgrades and Downgrades will affect all the Non-inform players. However, all the Non-Inform players in your clubs will not be part of these Upgrades and Downgrades.
