Fallout 4 Patch 1.3 was recently released for PC users, and AMD users started complaining of a Crossfire issue. To fix the issue, AMD just released another hotfix for their AMD Driver 16.1.1.
The AMD 16.1.1 hotfix driver was released just a few days ago. It was released to improve performance for the Rise of the Tomb Raider and to add an AMD Crossfire profile to Fallout 4.
But since the new Fallout 4 Patch 1.3 release users have been complaining of flickers at various game locations with the AMD Crossfire enabled.
Few workarounds have already been posted on various forums. A user even created a batch file to revert the Fallout 4 1.3 update to a working 1.2 version with the AMD crossfire enabled. Though it fixed the issue temporarily but an official fix is always preferred and now we finally have it.
AMD has just released another 16.1.1. driver hotfix, which will fix the Crossfire flickering issue in the new 1.3 patch of Fallout 4. AMD has given following details regarding the new hotfix:
