Panasonic is making attempts to foray into smartphones from its existing product line of home appliances. Yesterday Panasonic has launched Eluga L 4G in India. Going by the name, it supports 4G connectivity, which is first in line from Panansonic.
Eluga L 4G with a trendy and chic body comes in Radiant Blue color measuring 142x71x6.1mm and weighs 110gms. It features 5.0-inch IPS display with 1280x720p resolution and is powered by quad-core Snapdragon SoC 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM with 8GB native storage. Through a microSD card the memory can be expanded by 32 GB.
It is a dual sim phone with 4G TD-LTE 2300MHz and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3). Eluga L 4G has WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity along with Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It features an 8MP rear camera with single LED flash, proficient enough to capture videos at 108p supported by 5MP selfie shooter. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat it has 2000mAh non removable battery.
As per Manish Sharma, MD Panasonic India stated on the launch:

With a price tag of Rs. 12,990 (approx US$ 205) Eluga L 4G comes with Gorilla Glass, a protective case and a screengurad.
