So you’re out there in Manhattan, killing bozos and picking up loot when you have to wonder “What can I do to make my bozo-killing and loot-picking-up more efficient?” The answer is high-end weaponry. If you’re wondering where you can find some, here’s a few pointers.
Firstly, you can get high-end weapons via loot crates, which are found everywhere. Loot every single one you find, both while exploring and after combat. Take your time to explore the area and dig out any crates hidden in the environment, because there’s always a chance you might find a high-end weapon in there.
Next up, look for named enemies, who will put up a tough fight. Of course, the harder the fight, the better the loot you’re going to get. Be careful, of course, but if it helps any, keep in mind that there’s a good chance you might find a high-end weapon if you take down the tough named enemy you’re going up against.
Finally, you can make a honest living and make as much money as you can, and then head over to the Dark Zone. The Dark Zone vendors always have great high-end weapons to sell. Keep in mind though, that you won’t get the unique abilities dropped or found weapons might have: you’ll get what everyone else can get. If that’s not a problem for you, this is as good a place as any.
