Destiny Rise of Iron Wrath of The Machine Guide – First chest
After you do the first encounter in the raid, you encounter a jumping puzzle right afterwards. Follow it as you do. When you get to the area with low hanging tanks, jump on top of one of them. Work your way across while keeping a lookout on the wall to your immediate left. You will soon notice an opening in the wall to your left. Follow it into a corridor. You will enter a room with a lot of beams and girders. Notice an opening across the room.
To get there you will need to get under the beams and girders. Then jump across into the opening. This will lead you to the exotic chest. These don’t require any SIVA cache keys which are reserved for the boss chests. So, just open these as you normally would. Furthermore, there’s a huge chance of finding an exotic in them too.
Second and third chest
This is located in the second jumping puzzle after the Vulsic boss fight. After you defeat him, move on to this area. There’s actually two chests here. If you follow the natural path that leads you to the next part of the raid, you’ll find a small opening midway on the right-hand side.
Jump onto a curved pipe immediately to your right. From there you can jump onto the platform in front of you (it has a broken ladder on it). Just follow it to a corridor and you will find the chest.
Chest number three is also in this area. Basically, drop down from where you just were when getting to the previous chest. Continue going as if you’re going to leave this encounter and go to the Siege Engine. Just before getting to the very end, instead of going forward to the Siege Engine encounter, turn around on the very last platform. You will see a raised beam. Jump on top of it. Walk all the way down to the left and it will lead you to the third chest.
Last chest
Finally, the last one is located after the Siege Engine encounter. Drop down onto the little rocky island. Go across the makeshift bridge. Don’t go into the cave you see immediately after crossing. Jump onto the rocks to its left. Basically follow these rocks to the very top. It’s not hard to find out which rock to jump onto next because the rocks are essentially like stepping stones.
