Destiny 2 is about to release in a few months time. With all the latest reveals, leaks, rumors and the gameplay live stream (Today at 1 pm US and 6 pm UK Time), the hype is increasing with every passing minute.
As the time of game’s release is nearing, Bungie is revealing more and more info about the game. At the moment, some rumors about the game are also making waves on the web. One of those rumors suggests that Destiny 2 will be offering the much needed Cross-Save feature between PC and PS4.
The rumor came in not long ago from a NeoGAF user who goes by the name ThatsMytrunks. According to ThatsMytrunk, he has heard from the people who’ve played the game already that the Destiny 2 will offer the Cross-save feature for gaming platforms such as PC and PS4. If this rumor is to be believed, if a player stops the game mid-play on PS4, he/she can resume the game on PC from where he previously left on PlayStation 4.
The same NeoGAF user ThatsMyTrunk also claims that the game will run at 60 fps. However, he failed to specify the platform. It’s highly likely that he was talking about the PS4. Bungie hasn’t yet revealed any information about either the Cross-save feature of the game running at 60fps. So, it is suggested that you take this news with a grain of salt.
Destiny 2 is going to be available on PC unlike the previous game in the series. However, most of the players are doubtful that the game will perform well on PC as compared to PS4. If we look at Activision’s statement, they have assured that PC version of the game will have some great features. In addition, the CEO of Activision, Eric Hirshberg has also stated while in a Post-earnings Conference call with the investors that unlike Destiny, Destiny 2 will offer a steady stream of content and will keep up with the demand of the players.
Hopefully, Destiny2 will satisfy all the players with all the promised features and it will offer the Cross-Save as well. It’ll definitely be a big positive change and a great feature for the fans at the same time.
