Dell has launched a new convertible laptop in the Indian market. The new Dell Latitude 3379 Convertible laptop runs on Windows 10 operating system out of the box with a 30-day trial of both Microsoft Office and McAfee Livesafe. It is priced at Rs 64,990.

The newly launched laptop is an addition to the Dell Latitude 3000 lineup. The company claims that ‘the new laptop is ideal for business on-the-go and delivers power-packed performance with a perfect design offering 4 modes for the user.’ The Dell Latitude 3379 comes with Dell Data Protection for security purposes.

The Dell Latitude 3379 sports a compact and sleek design. The portable device only weighs 1.75kg. It features a 13.3-inch TrueLife LED-backlit touch display with full-HD resolution and wide angle viewing.

The Dell Latitude 3379 is powered by Intel Core processors and an integrated Intel HD Graphics card. It is supported by a 512GB SSD (Solid State Drive) storage. Dell claims that the convertible laptop can last for about 8 hours and 24 minutes.

The Dell Data Protection software allows business data to flow smoothly throughout the organisation. It offers an option to IT departments for managing and securing data. The software solution is only available with Dell Commercial Client PCs including the Dell Latitude. It can be integrated across all kinds of devices including iOS and Android-based products, and laptops from other brands.
