Clash of Clans is one of the most popular MMO strategy video games developed by Supercell for iOS and Android. The game mainly focuses on multiplayer mode where players can build a community, train troops and attack other players to earn gold, elixir, etc. While some players like to ‘earn’ this stuff, a number of players have been using cheats and hacks to boost their ranks and stuff in the game, which is now becoming a big problem for them.
As we read in TouchArcade, at first, Supercell banned a number of players who were using cheats for a short period to teach them a lesson. But now, Supercell is kind of permanently banning players who are still using hacks and cheats to boost their earnings.
One thing to keep in mind is that Supercell isn’t being careless in this as they have banned players only after full confirmation using typical cheat detection. For example, some players claim that they have been using something they shouldn’t be, but the developers have used cheat detection to find a specific file on the player’s device, that can result in modding while playing the game.
Supercell is still being kind enough to let those players contact them who think they were unfairly banned. So if you are one of those who were playing the game fairly but still have been banned, than you can contact the developers through this help forum.
