Bluboo has released a new teaser video flaunting the company’s forthcoming Bluboo Picasso 4G, a slightly upgraded variant of the Picasso with improved specs and features.
As you can see in the video below, the handset retains roughly the same back cover design as the original Picasso. The fence-grain, as well as the uniquely stylish diamond-like textures are all there, making it sleek and sturdy at the same time.
As for the specs, the company is not making any changes to the strong and durable zinc alloy frame, the U-type suspended screen and the 5.0-inch display that collectively give an edge to the Bluboo Picasso over its rivals.
The upgrades are largely confined under the hood, meaning the new variant has been engineered to deliver a faster and more reliable performance. The processor, for example, has been upgraded to MediaTek’s 6735 quad-core processor with support for 4G networks. Similarly, the primary camera has been bumped to 13MP with dual real LED flash and Sony sensor. The 8MP front camera has also been boosted.
The Bluboo Picasso 4G will be available in multiple color options including class black, champagne gold and snowy white. The device will be initially available for under $90 and there will be a super discount during the presale period.
