American smartphone maker BLU has launched its latest smartphone BLU Pure XR in the US market. As with all BLU smartphones, the BLU Pure XR is also an Amazon exclusive product right now and is currently available on Amazon US in Gold and Grey colour variants at a price of $299.99 (approx. Rs. 20,200).
BLU has always been praised for its cost-effective yet high spec premier devices and the same is true for the BLU Pure XR. At a price of just $299.99, the device offers features like 3D Touch, fingerprint sensor, and flaunts a metallic unibody design with ultra-thin bezels. The device looks very elegant and premium.
As far as other specifications are concerned, the BLU Pure XR sports a 5.5-inch FHD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 401ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor coupled with Mali-T860 GPU and a gigantic 4GB of RAM. Another remarkable feature of this device is an amazing 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be further upgraded by 64GB via a microSD card.
In the camera department, the BLU Pure XR features a 16MP primary rear shooter with tonnes of features like laser autofocus, PDAF (phase detection autofocus), LED flash and an aperture of f/1.8. There is an 8MP camera with wide-angle lens on the front for selfies and video chats. The BLU Pure XR runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and supports dual-SIM cards with 4G LTE support. The device doesn’t even lack on the battery front, where it offers a decent 3000 mAh battery with Quick charge support.
