If you want to check the update for your phone, there is always a way to check out in settings > About Phone > System update.

You should also note that members of Android Central forum has reported that after updating to latest software, they are facing issues with Google Play Services. This is not an uncommon issue with Lollipop, as the same has been reported earlier too.

It could be a good decision to wait for another update which might solve all the reported anomalies. Whatever you decide would be a better choice and we would love to listen from you, share your view!
