Both phones sport large display; the Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with a 5.7-inch 1080p screen, while the Le Pro 3 features a bit smaller but still pretty big 5.5-inch 1080p display.
Both models look modern, with thin bezels and a slim profile, with the Zenfone 3 Deluxe being a bit taller and wider (156.4 x 77.4 x 7.5 mm vs. 151.4 x 73.9 x 7.5 mm) mostly due to its larger screen.
Hardware, Display
The Zenfone 3 Deluxe sports Snapdragon 821 (2×2.4 GHz Kryo & 2×2.0 GHz Kryo along with Adreno 530) or Snapdragon 820 (2×2.15 GHz Kryo & 2×1.6 GHz Kryo backed up with Adreno 530 GPU), depending on the flavor.
You can pick between 4 GB or 6GB of RAM and 64/128/256 GB of internal storage which can be expanded with an SD card.
LeEco Le Pro 3 brings the top of the line specs; Snapdragon 821 (2×2.35 GHz Kryo & 2×2.0 GHz Kryo along with Adreno 530), with a choice between 32/64 GB of internal storage and 4 GB RAM or 64/128 GB of internal storage combined with 6 GB RAM. The storage can’t be expanded.
Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe packs a huge, 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display, with rich colors, while LeEco Le Pro 3 comes with a bit smaller, 5.5-inch IPC LCD screen bringing better viewing angles and more natural colors.
Both displays sport 1080p resolution. It’s worth noting that LeEco Le Pro 3 comes without a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Camera
Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe packs a huge resolution camera sensor (23 MP, f/2.0) featuring laser autofocus and 4-axis OIS; the camera is capable of recording 4K@30fps video. The selfie one has 8 MP and can capture 1080p video.
LeEco Le Pro 3 features 16 MP (f/2.0) main snapper without laser autofocus and OIS; video recording capability is 4K@30fps. Front facing camera counts 8 MP (f/2.2) and can capture 1080p video.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe features a 3000mAh battery, enough for one whole day of usage, while LeEco Le Pro 3 has a huge 4070 mAh battery which will last you two days without problems. Both models come with Android Marshmallow.
LeEco Le Pro 3 should have a significantly lower price tag, and along with a big battery and a striking hardware, it looks like a better deal.
