Asus is gearing up for the start of the new ZenFone 2 smartphone in Asian markets. The Taiwanese firm has started sending out the invitations to the Malaysian media for the start of ZenFone 2 as promised before. The newest smartphone will soon be launched in three distinct versions for the Malaysian marketplace on April 21.
The ZenFone 2 made a debut in the CES 2015 and is teasing the budget-minded enthusiasts around the world. Quite possibly it may function as the budget mobile you are trying to find.
The top end version available in Malaysia will be ZenFone 2 ZE551ML which features a 5.5 inch 1080p screen, and is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor. It packs a 4GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, 13 megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, 5 megapixel front shooter, NFC, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
Next lower version bearing the ZE550ML model number features a 5.5 inch 720p screen, 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in memory, 13 megapixel rear snapper, a 5 megapixel selfie camera, and a 3,000 mAh battery. It is powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3560 processor.
Finally, the lowest model Zenfone 2 ZE500CL comes with a 5 inch 720p display, 8 megapixel rear snapper, 2 megapixel front shooter, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 chip, and a 2,500 mAh battery.
