Two models of Apple iPhone are expected to be announced this year. These two variants are iPhone 6s with 4.7inch screen and iPhone 6s Plus with 5.5inch screen. According to rumours Apple is believed to be working on a 4inch smartphone also which might not get announced this year.
iPhone 6c can be that 4inch device from Apple which will take the legacy of its predecessor iPhone 5c. According to a report, it is expected to launch in first quarter of 2016 unlike the previous years where Apple has restrained itself from launching a new device so early in the year. iPhone 6C will be an upgraded version of the iPhone 5s with 4inch display screen and a more tough metal casing.

Currently the other features and specifications of this rumoured iPhone 6c with 4inch screen are not know yet. This could be an offering especially for Apple lovers who don’t want to carry big devices but yet need a high-end iPhone experience with full iOS 9 functionality. That could mean the iPhone 6c will only be smaller and will be priced in a premium category considering the metal casing feature also.
Considering the information received last month from Chinese news website AUO is manufacturing 4-inch iPhone screens, is now reassured that we will soon be seeing the Apple iPhone 6c.
