HTC has began rolling out the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop upgrade for its selfie phone – Desire EYE. The Taiwanese firm has began seeding the update first in its homeland – Taiwan.

The hefty 1008.9MB Lollipop system upgrade carries build version 2.19.709.1. The upgrade brings all excellent features of the sweet Lollipop but astonishingly does not hit on the Sense UI to new Sense 7. Instead, the upgrade packs Sense 6.55 on board.
LlabTooFer, a ROM programmer, estimated that Android 5.1 update will bring the Sense 7 UI for several existing handsets.
Non of the current devices will get Android 5.0.2 + Sense 7.0 (except M9)…Sense 7.0 become available with Android 5.1 only on some models.
