The marriage was held at a luxury hotel in Rosario, reports The Sydney Morning Herald. The biggest celeb guests included Barcelona teammates of Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suarez as well as Gerard Pique who was present at the ceremony along with his Colombian superstar singer wife, Shakira. Other prominent players to attend the Rosario ceremony were Lionel Messi’s teammates Cesc Fabregas and Carles Puyol.
Although Lionel Messi could have arranged his marriage ceremony in any of the top class cities in the world including Dubai and New York, he decided to stick to his roots. Rosario is the third-largest city of Argentina located around 300 kilometers to the northwest of the capital city, Buenos Aires.
