HTC launched its flagship offering HTC U11 in India on June 16 at Rs. 51,990. The Taiwanese manufacturer has selected the premium variant with the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage for the country. While there is no doubt in HTC quality, the company would have benefitted if the lower RAM variant was launched alongside at a lower price.

HTC U11 unveiled

Just a quick run through the specs sheet of HTC U11 reveals a powerful device with unique squeeze feature and Liquid Glass surface. The smartphone packs a 5.5-Inch Quad HD 3D glass screen on the front and 3D glass on the back as well. It is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with 6 Gigs of RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

Another highlight about the HTC U11 is the camera, which has scored 90 points on DXOMark benchmarks. As for the numbers, you get a 12 MP rear shooter with f/1.7, phase detection autofocus, OIS, and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. On the front, you have a 16 MP lens capable of shooting full HD videos.

Amazon and Bigbasket

According to a new report from TOI, BigBasket has signed a 60-day exclusivity agreement for possible sale to Amazon. Even, ET reported about the same topic a few days ago so one can assume the online grocery startup is all set to merge with Amazon.

Gionee A1 Lite
