Overwatch Season 5 is just about to begin. While fans are waiting for the Season 5 to start, Blizzard seems to throw some more of the info in the air. According to reports, Blizzard has hinted out at the big character changes that are coming to the game as part of the next big Overwatch Update.
The recent PTR Patch Notes released today confirms that Blizzard has plans to introduce the new character changes during the Season 5. In addition, new Competitive Play also kicked out today on June 1, 2017, This new Competitive Play has some new Hero revision that the Blizzard promised earlier.
Furthermore, a number of new balancing tweaks are also introduced on Overwatch’s Public Test Region (PTR) servers as well. Hopefully, now Blizzard will try out some of the much needed new features without even changing the CP in the upcoming Season 5.
According to various reports over the web, Blizzard is currently having three choices of characters. These characters include McCree, Reaper, and Roadhog.
As part of the latest changes that are already implemented to the characters, Reaper has his health orbs removed. His health orbs are now replaced with a new system that enables you to deal 20 percent more damage to the Heroes as Health. Similarly, Roadhogs Hook has now got small and the size of his head in going to be reduced soon. This is expected to enhance the Roaddhogs’s survival abilities.
As part of the upcoming changes to McCree include McCree’s ultimate dealing lot of damage in case if it builds up in a long time. Hopefully, this unique change will make this particular character more flexible to the game’s details.
Changes the Roadhog is going to receive are that his head was pretty big earlier and in a sense it was abnormal. The latest changes will shorten up his head and in turn, increase his survivability. His hook is also supposed to get a bit short.
Finally, the character of Reaper is also exp[ecdely going to receive some critical changes. For example, Reapers old healing passive was only useful if you could kill a bunch of enemies in a row. According to new changes, his new passive will benefit this character while fighting against a Tank.
