Xbox One Backward Compatibility games list has been boosted with nine new games as Microsoft continues expanding the BC program.

The month of April 2017 is proving to be a great time for Xbox One Backward Compatible titles. Nine new games have been confirmed by Microsoft so far.

On Tuesday, Larry Hyrb from Xbox confirmed three games such as 3D Ultra mini Golf, TimeShift, and Commanders: Attack. These three games became available for all those fans who purchased the games online. Alternatively, all those fans who own a physical copy of the games above were also able to install the games on their Xbox One via inserting the discs.

TimeShife became the most voted title by fans out all three and it earned over 1500 requests for the addition in BC games.

On Tuesday, another batch of Backward Compatible games was announced that added another six titles to the BC games list. This announcement also came out via Larry Hyrb on Twitter.

As part of the Backward Compatible games, fans can now play Assault Heroes 2on Xbox One. In addition, all the hunting games fans can enjoy Cabela’s Survival: SoK, Cabela’s Hunting Expeditions, Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013, and Cabela’s Alaskan Adventures as well.

The Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 also became available on XboxOne as part of the Backward Compatibility program. These two games received the most admiration. Moreover, all three of the main titles in the Dead Space series are now available to play on Xbox One. All these games received over 110,000 votes combined on the leaderboards. The Dead Space Ignition is already available on the Xbox One BC list from a much earlier date.

In the month of April, seven other Backward Compatible games became available as well. Theses games include Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Golf: Tee it Up, Contra, Gin Rummy, and RoboBlitz.

So far, the biggest of them all is the COD: Black Ops 2. This particular title was the most voted game by the fans. It’s probably one of the last big titles to debut on Xbox One via the Backward Compatibility program.

After the inclusion of COD: BO2, fans are hopeful that games such as Skyrim, Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3, and Batman: Arkham City will also become available via the Backward Compatibility program.

Hopefully, as planned, Microsoft will keep on expanding the Backward Compatibility games list. So, fans will soon be able to enjoy more of the big titles on Xbox One.
