We reported some days back that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was playable on PC using the Nintendo Wii U emulator CEMU. Well, it actually looked good with the innovative CEMU and 4K Graphics Pack, but the full game was not playable in that version of CEMU. That’s disappointing news to hear but what if all that could change in a week’s time?

Well, you’ll be delighted to know that CEMU’s lead developer has recently teased all the supporters of CEMU development and Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The developer recently teased all the fans on Patreon. He suggested it might be possible to run Zelda: Breath of the Wild on PC using CEMU’s latest version 1.7.4. It could allow the fans to have a 100% playable version of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on PC. According to the developer, the new version of CEMU is launching on 2nd April.

The full detail of improvements of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on CEMU 1.7.4 is not yet released. It is expected to release after the fully functional version of CEMU is out. The improvements that we can have an idea about maybe including grass, water, combat, runes, and lighting of the game. All these can be fully functional in the new CEMU version that’s about to release. Fans have noted down some of the critical fixes and improvements that need to be fixed for a more stable version of CEMU that can run Zelda: Breath of the Wild on PC.
