Lenovo P2 is a solid smartphone with unbeatable battery capacity. The device was revealed during IFA 2016 and is currently available in several global markets including China. The phone is currently unavailable in India but a recent Tweet from Lenovo India shows that the handset will be available soon.

The Chinese market features only 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage version, while consumers from other markets can pick up 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage versions. At the moment, the Lenovo P2 is selling for about CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 24,500) in China. Since the price is for the 4GB/64GB version, users can expect for the phone to sport a lower price tag once it lands in India because (most certainly) the phone will be available in versions with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
Lenovo P2 features a large 1080p Super AMOLED, 5.5-inch display, it is powered by a Snapdragon 625 (Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53, Adreno 506 GPU) chipset, and it runs Android Marshmallow v6.0.
The phone packs a 13 MP main camera (featuring Sony IMX258 sensor), and a 5 MP selfie snapper. Lenovo P2 comes with a metal chassis, is available in two color choices (Champagne Gold and Graphite Grey), and measures in at 153x76x8.2mm. The device’s main selling point is its large 5100 mAh battery, which supports quick charge technology. A fingerprint sensor is placed inside the Home button. Connectivity options include an SD card slot (with the capacity of up to 128 GB), 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.1, and FM radio.
