As of now, there have been pointers to three smartphone releases from Nokia at MWC 2017, but the latest rumors suggest that the company has more up its sleeve. According to the same, Nokia will out a total of five android smartphones by the end of second quarter, including a variant of Nokia D1C.

This is an intensive lineup, and it clearly shows that HMG Global has swift plans to reintroduce the “Nokia” powerhouse in the smartphone arena. As reported by Digitimes, the supply chain sources claim four new models will have display sizes ranging from 5 inches to 5.7 inches, at QHD or full-HD resolutions. FIH Mobile will serve as the production partner for HMD, with LG Display, Century Technology (CTC), and Innolux supplying the displays.

MWC 2017 will see the first set of Nokia, with Nokia D1C, the most likely handset to be unveiled there in two variants. The preliminary leaked specifications suggest the D1C be a mid-range offering. It will feature two variants with different display size or RAM. Another handset doing the rounds of the rumor mill for the MWC announcement is Nokia E1.

HMD Global is also expected to announce a flagship Nokia offering with Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB of RAM, and a 23-megapixel rear camera with Zeiss lens. Still, nothing is certain from the HMD side, so you can take all this information with a pinch of salt.
