While the Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to be powered by Exynos 8890 processor with 4GB of RAM, the Huawei-built Google Nexus 7 (2016) is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU with 4GB of RAM. On the other hand, the iPad Pro 2 is rumored to be backed by an A10X processor.
