According to Neurogadget, the upcoming iPad Air 3 is likely to be launched alongside iPad Pro 2. It is expected to be powered by an A9X processor along with 4 GB of RAM. The new Apple iPad Air 3 will sport an 8MP rear camera and a 2.1MP front camera.
