Where Apple has continued to introduce a total of two models for its yearly iPhone lineup, the iPhone 8 has been reported to arrive in a total of three models. According to sources close to this matter, iPhone 8 will be arriving in the 4.7 and 5.5-inch models, but apart from that, it is expected that a 5-inch model is also going to be arriving next year during the month of September. However, it was rumored earlier that only the 5.5-inch model was going to feature a premium build that would comprise up of a glass body.

However, according to the latest report, all three models are going to feature the glass body around the aluminum frame, suggesting that all three models are going to be receiving the premium treatment. 2017 will mark Apple’s 10th anniversary of when it first introduced the iPhone, so it is expected that the smartphone is going to come with a variety of changes never seen before on previous iterations. First off, where the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus featured a solid state home button, the new iPhone 8 models will not come with a home button at all.

Apple is expected to continue the trend of making its iPhone 8 model get shipped out without the headphone jack, which means that you will have to rely on other methods to get the device charged and listen to media with your headphones plugged. The recent rumor also suggests that these iPhone 8 models are going to provide support for wireless charging, allowing you to charge and listen to media at the same time.

Just like iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, it looks like these iPhone 8 models are going to be shipped out with 32GB as the base storage model, with the 5.5-inch model featuring the dual-camera as well.
