The Citi Research analysts quote top management officials at Reliance Industries saying that ‘there would be no cap with regard to the count of promotional offers rolled out‘. While the Reliance Jio Network created a world record by reaching 16miliion subscribers in its first month, the network is ridden with multiple issues. Earlier, users were having trouble with SIM activation.
