Forget your Battlefield and Civilization and all the other mainstream titles that have been creating a buzz recently because the ultimate game changer is here. It was almost like years passed but we finally got a look at the worst kept secret in gaming (yes all those leaks turned out to be true, nice try Nintendo). There is no confirmation of specs or price but the three-minute trailer revealed some of the games the console will launch with. Nintendo Switch Launch Titles were also revealed in the trailer.

After a whole year worth of rumors, leaks and fake leaks, we finally get an official reveal. It’s a hybrid console that is a combination of a handheld and home console.
In addition to providing single and multiplayer thrills at home, the Nintendo Switch system also enables gamers to play the same title wherever, whenever and with whomever they choose. The mobility of a hand-held is now added to the power of a home gaming system to enable unprecedented new video game play styles.
It’s what you can do on the go which has really surprised people. You can detach both sides and make the screen stand up on its own. The two sides are commonly referred to a JoyCons. These can be held separately or joined together. The verdict is still out whether this will be comfortable for the average player. However, just to keep things on the safe side, Nintendo will also be releasing a normal Pro controller for those who want to engage their game in more than just a casual space.
