Vivo might be soon launching a new smartphone in the Y-series. The device in the talk is the Y55A which has been certified by the Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA. Few of the specifications of the Vivo Y55A have been revealed along with the TENAA certifications. Let’s check them out.
Vivo Y55A Rumoured Specifications: The device sports a 5.2-inches HD (1280 X 720) IPS display and is powered by a 1.4GHz Octa-Core processor, however, the chipset details are not known yet. It packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage along with a microSD card slot for memory expansion. The Y55A runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow right out of the box.
In the camera department, the device features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
Availability: The device might soon go official in China and then gradually roll out to other areas. More details are expected in upcoming days.
