The quality of a smartphone camera is one of the most important aspects that the average consumer generally takes into account before purchasing a new phone. That’s understandable too – after all, most of us do not really carry a camera with us all the times, making mobile photography the default choice for capturing our everyday memories.

With the growing importance of smartphone cameras, most newcomers in the global smartphone market these days are increasingly focusing on the camera quality of their products, Bluboo being no exception to that trend.

Having come into the limelight by way of its pool of feature-rich, yet affordable smartphones, the emerging Chinese firm is now committed to making its forthcoming Bluboo Picasso G  the ultimate go-to option for mobile photography.

Unlike the original Bluboo Picasso that comes with 8MP front and rear cameras, the Bluboo Picasso 4G will carry a 13MP rear camera for superior quality images and videos. A higher pixel count results in more color-rich and detailed images and footage.

Bluboo has also lowered the autofocus speed by 20% in the forthcoming Picasso 4G. The device uses a Sony sensor while the camera on the original Picasso has a Panasonic sensor. More sophisticated sensor essentially means less noise and better image quality.

The Bluboo Picasso 4G also brings you the most advanced face-recognition ability. Not only the device is programmed to detect faces automatically, but it can also capture facial expressions rapidly.

The front camera is also configured to automatically adjust the “beauty level” to make the images aesthetically more appealing.

And finally, apart from sharing images via conventional means such as Bluetooth or social media, you can also use Bluboo Picasso 4G’s native NFC support to share images with others by just tapping your phone with their NFC-enabled devices.

Bluboo Picasso 4G is powered by Android 6.0 and the updated MTK 6735 quad-core processor. Other key specs include 2GB RAM, 16GB native storage, 5-inch OGS display, 13MP rear camera with Sony sensor, and 8MP front camera.

Not much is known regarding the price and availability of Bluboo Picasso 4G, but we promise you will be updated on the development as soon as we hear anything from our sources.
