The 372.90 driver brings several fixes including multiple game stability and G-Sync issues. NVIDIA has fixed an issue with the Intensity slider in Mirrors Edge Catalyst, flickering in Star Wars the Old Republic, and a crash with extended game-play sessions in Rise of the Tomb Raider. NVIDIA has also addressed lag in G-Sync window mode. It has also removed screen tearing in World of Warcraft in game V-Sync enabled.

Additionally, the new version brings the fix for the HTC Vive issue. Users will now be able to use DisplayPort instead of HDMI for their VR functions. When running the video feed through DisplayPort, the headset was not lighting up despite connecting. Also, the driver also enables NVIDIA Ansel by default for white-listed games. Along with the fixes, the NVIDIA GeForce 372.90 WHQL Driver for Windows also adds game ready support for Forza Horizon 3.

The file size of the new driver is 339.44 MB. Interested users can download the updated drivers from GeForce Experience or on the NVIDIA driver download page. More details about the new driver can here, in the 372.90 release notes.
