We’re not going to spoil everything but just let you know that at the end of the quest you will have the option to choose the Nuka Nuke Mini Launcher or the Nuka World Jumpsuit. There’s a neat trick to get both and we’ll tell you about it all. The quest also sees the return of Nuka Cola obsessed Sierra Petrovita (who was also in Fallout 3 and New Vegas). Keep in mind that finding all the Cappy Signs/Images is necessary to complete the quest. If you don’t know where to find the Cappy Images, you can follwo the below guide to know their locations. Once you’ve found all the Cappy images, find Petrovita. She’ll reward you and then task you to further parts of the quest.

Fallout 4 Nuka World Guide for The Cappy in a Haycap quest

Start the quest by locating Sierra Petrovita in courtyard south of the Fizztop Grille, near the Nuka-Cade building. She’ll give you unique Cappy Glasses and clues to find hidden cappy images. You are required to search certain places for these cappy images. You’ll need to equip the Cappy Glasses to see the secret pictures properly, so keep those equipped when you’re on the hunt.

Finding all ten cappy images will give you a code which will lead you to the Nuka secret Petrovita is searching for. Our Fallout 4 Nuka World guide will give you the location of all Cappy images:

Location of all cappy images

Cappy No. 1: Nuka-Town, USA – You’ll find a Cappy in the Nuka Town, USA. This Cappy will be facing the Fizztop Mountain in the southwest. To get there, move along to the left with the Lake.

Cappy #2: Galactic Zone – You’ll find another Cappy in the Galactic Zone. You just need to follow the Star Control Exterior. Once in front of it, you’ll find it just past the main window to the left. Now pass beneath the staircase and look for employees sign. You’ll find the Capy just by it’s left side.

Cappy No. 3: Galactic Zone – Another Capy is located in the Galactic Zone as well. reach out to the left of Robco Battlezone. Look for the large “Star Walk” path. At the top, there is a dead-end corner with trashcans. The cappy is on the nearby wall.

Cappy No. 4: Safari Adventure – Look behind the bushes and large primate statue.

Cappy No. 5: Safari Adventure – Inside the safari zone’s hedge maze. Northwest of the Primate House. Find an exposed stone wall dead-end inside the maze to find this cappy.

Cappy No. 6: Kiddie Kingdom – Deep inside the Fun House, you’ll reach a spinning neon green platform. Open all the red doors to find a seemingly empty closet that contains one cappy code piece.

Cappy No. 7: Kiddie Kingdom – Climb to the top of the large Kiddie Kingdom clock tower. Take the stairs up and you’ll find the cappy painted on an interior wall.

Cappy No. 8: World of Refreshment – Enter the quantum river and look at the sides of the old west-style buildings along the main path. Look toward the building sides to easily spot this one.

Cappy No. 9: Doc Phosphate’s Saloon – Travel slightly southwest of the saloon to locate an old west graveyard. Search the back of the gravestones to mark your penultimate cappy.

Cappy No. 10: Dry Rock Gulch – You’ll find two Capys here in the Dry Gulch area. One Capy is hidden on the back of an old tomb in a small graveyard. The second Capy is hidden in the Mad Mulligan’s Mine. To get to the second Capy, you’ll have to go to the water-fall cavern and look for a small shack with the cappy code. keep safe from the bloodworms nearby.

How to get both Nuka Nuke Mini Launcher and Nuka World Jumpsuit (Spoiler Alert!)

Go back to Sierra and ask her what all these codes mean and she’ll tell you they spell REFRESHMENT. Use it on the Cappy Keypad and enter Bradberton’s Office. Look on the right-side of the Nuka-Cola vending machine on the top floor of the office. There’s a button. Press it to reveal a hidden passage behind a bookcase to a secret elevator. Take the secret elevator down to a Secret Vault.

Once all the way down to the vault, you’ll find Bradberton’s living head there. Bradberton’s head promises to help you, if you agree to kill him by turning off the switch, but keep in mind that Petrovita wants Bradberton’s head alive. Here the quest literally gets divided into two parts.

In one part, Bradberton’s head offers you help in finding the Nuka Nuke Mini Launcher if only you agree to kill him. And in the second part, Petrovita wants you not to kill Bradberton and offers you Nuka World Jumpsuit in return.

If you have to reach for the Nuka Nuke Mini Launcher, you’ll have to kill Bradberton and that will make Patrovita furious and you’ll have to face her wrath. Or you can simply accept Petrovita’s offer to let Bradberton live and get the Nuka World Jumpsuit.

it’s simple, siding with Bradberton will give you Nuka-Nuke (Mini-Nuke Ammo Variant) Schematics, Nuka-Nuke Launcher.

Siding with Sierra will give you Nuka-World Jumpsuit.

Since, defeating Petrovita isn’t that much of a job, you can get the Nuka Nuke Mini Launcher and then kill Petrovita and get the Nuka World Spacesuit as well. Follow these steps to get both of these things.

1. Side with Sierra
2. Turn off generator power after quest completes
3. Sierra will turn hostile so kill her
4. Take the Nuka Nuke Launcher and schematics, this will make a huge blue mushroom cloud on detonation
