The launch of Reliance Jio 4G services has put the leading telecoms on backfoot, and that includes Airtel. To keep its number one position strong, the telecom giant has introduced a new data bundle offer dubbed as the ‘Mega Saver Pack’.
This new data offer from Airtel comprises of two plans listed below:
- Rs.1498 Pack – Under this plan, you have to pay 1498 INR rupees for which you get 1 GB 2G/3G/4G valid for 28 days. Post-exhaustion of 1 GB, users can avail 1 GB for just 51 Rupees over a period of 12 months. There is no limit to the number of data recharges.
- Rs.748 Pack – It’s mostly similar to the above plan. In this too users will get 1 GB 2G/3G/4G data valid for 28 days. And after the expiry of this data, users can avail 1 GB data for just 99 over a period of 6 months instead of 12.
As you can see, this is a great plan for those who use the internet a lot on their smartphones. To put things in perspective. If you use 1 GB data per month, you will save yourself 941 INR with the 1st plan since the regular 3G/4G pricing hovers around 250 Rupees.
