Lenovo has introduced the K6, K6 Power, and K6 Note smartphone in the K series at the IFA 2016 event in Berlin. These are the successors to the Lenovo K5 series that went official earlier this year. All of these devices come with metal unibody design and run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Let’s check out the specifications of these smartphones in detail.
Lenovo K6 Specifications and Features
The Lenovo K6 sports a 5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC clocked at 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53 Octa-Core processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It packs 2GB of RAM coupled with 16/32GB native internal storage with a microSD card slot for memory expansion.
The Lenovo K6 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow right out of the box with Lenovo’s U.I overlaid on top. Talking about the camera, the device features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The K6 features a Fingerprint sensor for device extra protection, Dolby Atmos for the immersive audio experience. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. A 3000mAh built-in battery is on board.
K6 Pricing and availability
The Lenovo K6 will come in Dark Grey, Gold and Silver colors and will roll out from this September. The company did not reveal the pricing for the device yet.
‘Lenovo K6 Power’ Specifications and Features
The Lenovo K6 Power features almost similar specs of K6. The only difference you find is an another variant that comes with 3GB of RAM with 32GB internal storage, and it packs relatively bigger battery with 4000mAh on board. The Lenovo K6 Power will have a variant that will have 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage.
Lenovo K6 Note Specifications and Features
The Lenovo K6 Note also features exact similar specifications as the K6 and K6 Power, but with slight differences in RAM, display size and rear camera. The K6 Note comes with 4GB RAM with 32GB storage along with the 3GB RAM model. The K6 Note sports a relatively bigger display at 5.5-inches 1080p display and talking about the rear camera; it packs a 16-megapixel shooter instead of the 13MP which is seen on K6 and K6 power.
K6 Power and K6 Note Availability
Both the K6 Power and Note comes in Dark Grey, Gold and Silver colors and will roll out from this September, no information regarding their pricing.
