Sony is finally launching one of the much awaited Xperia XA Ultra in India. The Xperia XA Ultra is the bigger sibling of the Xperia XA and is set to launch on Monday, July 25th according to a Tweet by Sony India.

Although you can see that there is no mention of the device in this teaser, but the tagline makes it almost clear that the device is indeed the Xperia XA Ultra because it is the only upcoming Xperia device which boasts a stunning 16MP selfie camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS).

Among other notable features, the Xperia XA Ultra is  powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with eight A-53 cores clocked at 2GHz coupled with Mali-T860MP2 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The device sports a 6-inch FHD display and packs a relatively meagre battery of 2700mAh. However, there is Pump Express 2.0 charging support for fast charging. The device offers 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with Xperia launcher on top. Sadly, there is no fingerprint sensor.

The Xperia XA Ultra boasts a 21.5MP rear shooter (1/2.4″ Exmor RS IMX230). Both the front and rear cameras on this device are really impressive and capture stunning photographs. Cameras are the USP of this device and we expect it to be pegged against upcoming devices like the Oppo F1s.
