AMD unveiled the Polaris 10-based Radeon RX 480 a few days ago, and the card is built using the new 14nm FinFET process. Today, a Chinese website HardwareBattle has leaked out the first pictures of the card. As can be seen in the image below, it’s the Sapphire Radeon RX 480 NITRO card with a custom-designed cooler.

The new card has got a design that packs dual fans and dual slots, covered by a new silver cooler shroud. There is a Sapphire logo on the side of the card, illuminated by LEDs. The source says that the LEDs will change color according to the speed of the fan, the temperature of the CPU, or custom configuration by the user.

HardwareBattle also revealed the Sapphire NITRO Radeon RX 480 reference design (pictured below). There’s a fancy backplate on the rear, while the front gets a white paint. Of course, the Sapphire logo will replace the Radeon branding on the side.

According to a VideoCardz report, a lot of Radeon RX 480 cards will be released on 29th June with 8GB GDDR5 memory. We can also expect models with 4GB memory, but their availability purely depends on AIBs. It is also being said that the Polaris 10 graphics cards are already in stock in some European stores, ready for sale.

More information is expected soon once reviewers complete their tests. So stay tuned.
