According to the support page of the official T-Mobile website, the Marshmallow update for Galaxy S5 on the network was rolled out on 23rd May. The update bumps up the version number to 6.0.1 and comes with new features. The update can be manually downloaded by going to the Settings menu, or users can just wait for the OTA notification.

The international version of the Galaxy S5 was rolled out by the end of March, and Sprint released the upgrade soon after. AT&T hasn’t yet announced the release date for the Galaxy S5 Marshmallow update, and neither has Verizon. But if we do hear anything about it, we will keep you updated. So stay tuned.
