The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge came out just recently, but it looks like Samsung itself has got bored of the devices’ default lock screen. The company has launched a new app called Good Lock, which works on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. This app brings lots of functions to the lock screen and notifications.
Good Lock lets you keep your choice of notifications in the notification shade as long as you wish. Also, you can gain quick access to various apps by keeping different widgets on the lock screen. The notification shade is now the one from stock Android, which suggests that TouchWiz is inching closer to stock Android.
Good Lock is a very powerful lock screen app and is available only in the US right now. However, the Good Lock APK is out and anyone from anywhere can install it. If you want to uninstall it, you need to go into its settings to do so, as it isn’t any other regular app.
An important thing to know is that a new update has been released for the app, and the new Good Lock 24.0.6 APK brings in a lot of changes. First of all, a lot of errors related to Home button, camera capture sound, WiFi on/off and FC during Routine, auto update, etc. have been fixed in this update. In Recent App, you can now perform a swipe gesture to delete entries. Also, Quick Panel gets a new brightness bar, and the blur effect in the notification panel has been removed for better performance.
You can download Good Lock APK v24.0.6 from UptoDown.com. The APK weighs 18.71 MB and can be installed only on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Try it out and let us know what you think.
