Bethesda has been mysteriously silent over their upcoming Hearthstone-challenger, The Elder Scrolls Legends since it was first announced all the way back at E3 last year. We’ve yet to hear any concrete details on how the card game plays, looks or does other card game-y things, and fans are getting impatient. Pete Hines from Bethesda, however, has said that we might get our first look at the game soon.
A fan accosted Bethesda’s VP of PR and Marketing Pete Hines, threatening to blow $1,000 into Hearthstone unless Bethesda releases more information about The Elder Scrolls Legends. Hines wasn’t very scared:
@iSlayBells yeah, i don't really go for that. We're getting closer to talking about it and showing the game but not there yet.

So it seems Bethesda is planning on talking about it some time soon, just not now. All we know so far is that it will be a card-based game, and will involve characters from the Elder Scrolls universe. Also, that it will come out on both mobile devices and the PC. This isn’t, of course, the first adventure from Bethesda into the realm of mobile gaming: that honour belongs to Fallout Shelter.
Our best bet for more info on The Elder Scrolls Legends will likely be E3 2016, as Bethesda intends to host a conference at the event, not unlike last year. What do you expect from the game? Let us know in the comments below.
