Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Update Available With AOKP ROM

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (N910F) might be or might not be getting the Android Marshmallow update officially, but there is a way you can enjoy the Marshmallow flavour on your phone right away. How to Download and Install AOKP Custom Marshmallow ROM on Galaxy Note 4 (N910F):

1. Go to this link and download the AOKP Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow ROM for Galaxy Nite 4.
2. Then download Google Apps from here.
3. Now plug-in your phone to your computer via USB and copy all those downloaded files to your phone.
4. Now press and hold down the Power, Home, and Volume Up button so that your phone reboots in the Recovery Mode.
5. Take a Nandroid backup of the current ROM by going to Backup and Restore > Backup.
6. Now return to the main recovery menu, tap on “Wipe data/factory reset” and select “Yes”.
7. Now return to the main meny and go to Wipe Cache Partition > Wipe Dalvik Cache.
8. Now tap on Select Install zip from sdcard > Choose a zip from SD card. Select the ROM file that you downloaded in the first step, and confirm the action by tapping “Yes”.
9. Now install Google Apps, and then tap on “Reboot system” from the main recovery menu.

After the phone reboots, you will find that the device is running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
