More than a couple of weeks ago, we had told you about the Bluboo Xfire 2. The speciality of the phone is that it gets three SIM slots, which makes it the first smartphone to get that feature. And even though the phone is powered by a low-end quad-core MT6580 chipset, it does look beautiful and gets some great features that are not found in the low-end segment.
Today, we have received some more information that comes as a surprise. As told by the company itself, the Bluboo Xfire 2 will be carrying a fingerprint sensor on the back. This feature is not seen in entry-level phones. So the Xfire 2 will unofficially be the cheapest Android phone to get a fingerprint sensor.
The Bluboo Xfire 2 features a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass on top. It packs 1GB of DDR3 RAM and 8GB of eMMC 5.0 onboard storage. It gets an 8MP camera with LED flash at the rear, and a 5MP camera with LED flash at the front. The phone is juiced by a 2,150 mAh battery.
The Bluboo Xfire 2 is priced at $69.99, which is really cheap considering the features it offers. The phone is scheduled to be launched this month. Any buyers?
