We have been telling you about the HTC One X9 since a lot of weeks now, and the phone had been recently caught in real life pictures this month. Well, the rumor mill has to stop now, as the One X9 has finally been launched officially in China.

To make things more clear, the HTC One X9 is a better version of the HTC One A9 that came out recently. The One X9 carries a 5.5-inch Full HD screen with front-firing BoomSound speakers below and above the screen. Under the hood is MediaTek’s Helio X10 CPU coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. Strangely though, there’s no fingerprint scanner.

The phone flaunts a 13MP camera at the back that has OIS and can shoot 4K videos. An UltraPixel camera at the front serves video calls and selfies. The One X9 is juiced by a 3,000mAh battery. The Android version pre-installed in the phone is not yet known, but we guess that it should be Android Marshmallow as the A9 came with it.

For those in China, the phone will go on sale soon and will cost CNY 2,399 (around $370). We don’t know yet if the phone will reach other regions or not.
