HTC launched Desire 828 dual SIM smartphone last month in China, and the good news is that the phone has now crossed the borders to reach the Indian marketplace on December 14th. It will be sold by Flipkart for a price of Rs. 19,990 (approx. $300). Available in Dark Grey and Pearl White, the smartphone is the first Desire-series device which features Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
For those who are not aware, the Desire 828 is built around a 5.5-inch 1080p display and features dual-SIM (both Nano-SIM) functionality with 4G LTE support for Indian networks. Powered by an octa-core MT6753 chipset clocking at 1.5GHz, the smartphone packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage (expandable up to 2TB via microSD card). Camera department includes a 13MP rear and an Ultrapixel front-facing shooter.
Measuring 157.7×78.8×7.9mm, the HTC Desire 828 is juiced up by a 2,800mAh battery. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, microUSB, 4G LTE, and Bluetooth.
