MyPhone, the company which released the My21, Rio 2, and Rio 2 Lite, has launched a new budget phone called MyPhone My27 in Philippines. The highlight of the My27 is its price tag, which is surprisingly just Php 2999, which roughly translates to $64 approximately.
The MyPhone My27 sports a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display with resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Under the hood is a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor with 1GB of RAM. There’s 8GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card. The phone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
For photography purposes, the MyPhone My27 gets an 8MP camera at the rear with AF and LED flash, while a 5MP front shooter makes up for selfies and video calling. A 2,000mAh juicer keeps the phone running all day. Connectivity options in the phone include dual SIM dual standby, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS/A-GPS.
