OUKITEL is leaving no stone unturned to gain the attention of smartphone buyers in the international market. The humdrum started with the OUKITEL K4000, which was showcased in a video being power-drilled and still surviving. Then came the OUKITEL U7 Pro, which was used as a vegetable chopping board in order to demonstrate the toughness of its display. And in its latest effort to hog the limelight, a new promotional video of the OUKITEL K10000 has been released.
For your information, the OUKITEL K10000 boasts of a mighty 10,000mAh battery, which is a power bank in itself. The battery can last for more than 5 days on normal usage, which is the best we have ever seen on a production smartphone. And as bizarre as the promotional tactics of OUKITEL get, the power from 10 units of the K10000 has been used in the new video to cook noodles! The phones are connected to a transformer in order to power an electric cooker, and the video shows how easily the water boils and noodles are cooked.
The OUKITEL K10000 will start selling by the end of 2015 or early 2016. The phone is expected to carry a 5.5-inch HD display, with a quad-core MT6735 chipset under its hood. There will be a 5MP front and 13MP rear camera, and the phone will sport a metal build. But obviously, the 10,000mAh battery is the star here. And thanks to the reverse charging tech, you can use the K10000 to charge other smartphones as well.
