The Galaxy Mega On and Galaxy Grand On from Samsung have been in the news for a good few weeks now, and finally, the company has listed these phones officially on its Chinese website as the Galaxy On7 and Galaxy On5. The phones come with decent specifications and great looks to come across as a competitive option in the budget smartphone market.
The Galaxy On5 and On7 sport a 5-inch and 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screens respectively. Powering the phones is an Exynos 3475 SoC coupled with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal expandable storage. For the Galaxy On7, there’s a 5MP camera with f/2.2 aperture at the front, while the rear gets a 13MP camera with f/2.1 aperture, while the Galaxy On5 gets a different 8MP camera at the rear instead of a 13MP sensor. The Galaxy On7 supports 4G FDD LTE in China and comes with a 3000mAh bettery. Both the new Galaxy phones run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.
Samsung has yet not confirmed the pricing for the Galaxy On7 and Galaxy On5, but we do expect the company to launch these phones to other countries as well very soon.
