Celkon, after starting the Millennia Xplore in India earlier this week, has now introduced a new budget handset – the Millennia 2GB Xpress. The new smartphone is priced at Rs. 6,222.

The highlight of the Celkon Millennia 2GB Xpress in this price segment is addition of 2GB RAM, alongside smart commands with a Power Saving Mode as well as Smart Assistant. The Millennia 2GB Xpress sports a 4.5 inch FWVGA display with 480 x 854 pixel resolution, and supports double-SIM (GSM-GSM).

It features a 5MP BSI1 autofocus back snapper with LED flash, while there’s a 1.3MP front unit for selfie people. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage, which could be enlarged via microSD card slot (Not more than 32GB).

The Millennia 2GB Xpress from Celkon supports Wi-Fi, 3G, Micro-USB, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity options. Powered with a 1,500mAh battery, it measures 133.5 x 66.5 x 10.1mm, and weighs 134 grams.

Looking in the price and specifications of phone, the Millennia 2GB Xpress goes head to head with Celkon Millennia Xplore. While the Millennia Xplore features bigger battery, better camera and screen, the Millennia 2GB Xpress comes with double the RAM and internal memory space.
