Earlier this month, there were rumors that Sony’s next flagship Xperia Z5 will launch in September this year, and now popular tipster Leaksfly has given the same deadline. He claims that Xperia Z5 will launch in September to compete with upcoming iPhone 6s, Galaxy Note 5, and Galaxy S6 Edge+. Additionally, the tipster has posted the partial specifications of the phone and claims them as final configuration.
According to him, the Sony Xperia Z5 will sport a 5.5 inch display with 1080p resolution, and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset similar to Xperia Z3+. It will pack 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (hopefully expandable), an 8 megapixel front-facing camera, and a 20.7 megapixel rear snapper.
It will come with three type of protection, and a fingerprint scanner.
Recently, the Xperia Z5 was also spotted in a UA profile suggesting a 1080p display resolution and the Snapdragon 810 chipset.
Needless to say, none of the specifications are official and take them with a grain of salt. We will let you know on the updates as and when we will receive. Stay tuned.
